LHE is a subscription service that monitors how your locations handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and web forms. We place anonymous monitoring inquiries and evaluate response quality, follow-up behavior, and overall handling to give you actionable insights and scoring for every location.

Our team places anonymous customer inquiries at your locations through the channels you select—phone, website chat, or contact forms. Each interaction is evaluated for response time, quality of handling, and follow-up activity including calls, texts, and emails.

Standard Monitoring evaluates each location weekly. Enhanced Monitoring evaluates each location twice weekly, providing faster detection of failures and denser measurement—recommended for higher-volume locations.

Performance Alerts are immediate notifications sent by text or email to local management when a monitoring evaluation identifies a failure—such as a missed call, poor handling, or lack of follow-up. They enable your team to address issues quickly.

LHE is billed quarterly in advance based on the number of monitored locations and your selected plan. For subscriptions under $5,000 per quarter, payment is collected by credit card. For larger subscriptions, invoicing with net payment terms is available.

Yes. You may cancel at any time. Your service and platform access will continue through the end of the current paid quarterly period.

Piper Answers is an AI-powered interactive chat tool included with every LHE subscription. It lets you ask questions about your monitoring results, location performance, and trends in real time.

After you complete your order, our team will reach out by email to coordinate onboarding. We will collect any additional information needed from your team and begin LHE evaluations of your locations the following month.
