  • Founded in 2003 by former auto industry executive, Fran O'Hagan
    "Founded Pied Piper after first working for auto manufacturers Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Jag/Land Rover. My favorite responsibility at the car companies was leading the effort to improve sales, share, profitability, and customer loyalty of our dealers. Today with the team at Pied Piper, we continue to focus on improving retailer performance, but now for multiple companies across multiple industries."
