Existing Pied Piper PSI dealership customers can take advantage of the "First PSI Evaluation Free" promotion in one of two ways:

  1. Add a second (or third) brand carried by the dealership for Pied Piper PSI evaluation.
    1. Example: Miller Motors already has ongoing monthly BMW PSI evaluations either provided by the manufacturer or ordered by the dealership. The Miller Motors dealership also sells Hondas, and the dealership wishes to use PSI to evaluate how they sell Hondas too.
    2. What's in it for me? In the example above, Miller Motors can now not only compare the dealership's effectiveness selling BMWs with their effectiveness selling Hondas, but they can also compare their BMW performance to the BMW national average for same brand dealers; and their Honda performance to the Honda national average for same brand dealers. Measure, benchmark, improve, and sell more vehicles.
  2. Convert from one-time PSI evaluations-whether provided by a manufacturer or ordered by the dealership-into an ongoing monthly Pied Piper PSI program.
    1. Example: Desert Motors was introduced to Pied Piper PSI by one of their manufacturers who provided one PSI evaluation. Desert Motors now wishes to take advantage of the "First PSI Evaluation Free" promotion and begin a program of ongoing monthly PSI evaluations.
    2. What's in it for me? We can't improve what we don't measure. Use an ongoing monthly PSI program to identify sales process areas in need of improvement, and to provide materials to generate discussion and sales training with your sales team. Cancel or postpone future incomplete monthly evaluations at any time.
